El agua con sabor a cloro afecta el sabor del café, por eso nunca debe usar para preparar café. 2.- Calentar el agua a punto de ebullición, aproximadamente 100 grados centígrados, en ese momento agregar la cantidad adecuada de Café Colón por cada taza, una cucharada sopera rasa (8 gr.), O una cucharada sopera colmada (10 gr.) , O 40 a 50 (gr.) Por litro de café a preparar. 3.- Se debe apagar inmediatamente el fuego, el café nunca debe hervir porque adquiere un sabor desagradable. 4.- No sobrecalentar el café, porque tiende a adquirir un sabor diferente. Prepara solo la cantidad de café que vas a tomar.
