Ethiopian Yirgacheffe – The Coffee Wine

Yirgacheffe (pronounced yur·guh·chef) is Ethiopia’s finest coffee! The bean comes from the Sidoma region of southern Ethiopia, specifically the mountainous town of Yirgacheffe, where coffee plants grow easily because of the high elevation, healthy soil, and warm, tropical weather. This is a light roast coffee with fruit forward notes. It almost has a tea-like aroma (citrusy, floral), sweet and essences of fine wine. Ethiopian Yirgacheffe’s fragrant aromas and good acidity make this coffee distinctive enough to be called a coffee wine. It becomes sweeter as it cools down, so try it iced – the fruited and floral notes of Yirgacheffe allow you to be creative with cold brews.    -Origin: Ethiopia -Roast Profile: Light -Tasting Notes: Citrusy, Sweet, Floral, Essence of Wine   12 pk Single Serve Coffee Cups Compatible (or for use) with the KEURIG® K-CUP brewing system.   Bag Check: All of our coffee is freshly roasted and packaged with a degassing valve to keep your product fresh. Coffee is best stored in a cool, dry place.  Never freeze your coffee.    All of our coffee is roasted fresh daily.  We offer whole bean or ground. We suggest buying whole bean and grinding for the best flavor, but of course we can grind it for you! Visit our merchandise section if you need a grinder.
